I was prepared to LOVE Bell Flooring. The first crew was great.You didn't know they were there. The second crew, trashed my house. Glue all over the place, nicked walls, dirt everywhere. Replace furniture over their blue paper strips. It is really sad that we didn't have the good guys the second day. Instead of cleaning as they worked as did the first crew, they left materials all over the place. Excellent service – Best customer service experience I've had in Philly. Visited Bell and several other stores in the Philly area shopping for tile. Made several visits to Bell and the salesman I dealt with (Brian M.) was extremely patient and helpful. Even after I picked out my order and was ready to place it, he found something similar for about half the price.
