Being treated to make you feel important with sincere care, concern, and professionalism is the experience I get from each visit. From being greeted warmly as I walk in the door, cared for by Dr. Elrod with educating advice, to a gentle but thorough care by the hygenist with her happy spirit. Awesome!!
I'm not a person that enjoys going to the dentist, but Dr Elrod and his staff have changed that for me. The staff is very professional and friendly and they make your dental appointment a breeze.
As always, my hygiene visit with Norma was extremely pleasant. Her gentle technique and positive sweet spirit is uplifting. Years ago I dreaded dental visits but never at DDS. Thank you for continued professional, courteous and friendly staff .
My children like Distinctive Dental because they can watch cartoons while in the dental chair and for the bubblegum flavored flouride. I like Distinctive Dental because they make my kids enjoy going to the dentist!
I started to get a toothache on a Monday, so I called Distinctive Dental to make an appointment, it was made for Wednesday thinking I could tolerate the pain. Well by Tuesday I drove myself to Urgent Care. The pain I felt on my tooth went up my gums, up to my nose and towards my eye. My face was starting to get puffy and swollen. Dr. Elrod and his staff have provided dental care for our whole family over ten years. Not only do they care about our dental health, but they always make us feel like a part of their family. From the welcome at check-in until you leave, the staff is hospitable and attentive. I always leave their feeling special and good about myself and my smile!
Dr. Scott and Sonya took great care of me and the visit was great - wish we could have talked a little more hunting, but the ladies think we waste time when we compare notes -- HIGHLY recommend DDS to EVERY ONE ! ALL the folks are great and love them all ! ! I give them one big WHOOP ! No problems in post-procedure time frame !
