Ruben and his associate were professional and friendly. Their inspection was thorough and informative. The post inspection sales pitch on the annual plan was low key and expected, so not annoying and I know they had a job to do in delivering it. I just appreciate that it was not a pressured push.
The technician removed the toilet to run a camera down the sewer. In the process they cracked the floor tile and did not secure the phlange from the floor to the toilet. The toilet is not stable, it rocks when in use. I will be in contact with Bell to finish the job properly.
