Caught and killed 30+ roaches in my first month and pest control has done nothing besides put down traps. Zero effort from office to help solve the issue. Replaced weatherstrips on doors and caulked in open holes and they still get in. Even if you keep the place clean like we do, you’re screwed here
my negative review comes completely from customer service and how difficult it is to communicate with the property. ive been calling all week and not getting a return call because i cant select the apartment i need is no longer available. i shouldnt have to stop in the office to communicate with someone in person. kinda sucks
I’ve lived here for a year now. It’s a great place to live. The office staff and maintenance staff are great! Update: I’ll be here 4 years next week! Bell is a great place to live. It’s very safe for single women. The groundskeepers do a fantastic job of cleaning up the property every day. The maintenance team is great too! I will definitely be renewing my lease!
Bell Alpharetta is a beautiful complex, the staff in the office is extremely helpful, and their maintenance team responds quickly to emergencies. I would definitely recommend living at this complex.
