I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Belk Ford when purchasing my car. The salesperson allowed me to negotiate the entire deal over the phone. Every part of the deal was worked out the penny and was ready when I got on the lot. The paperwork was printed and matched what we discussed. Finance was a breeze. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
I purchased my car here and I had a really pleasant experience. They were very helpful and honest and took their time to answer all of our questions and concerns. One of the managers even came out to speak with us when we were waiting for an available salesperson. Everyone there was very friendly and respectful. We felt very comfortable and didn't feel rushed in the buying process. They spent over an hour with me showing me how to work the sync my ride technology, which works great by the way.
