We had such a great time. They took their time to explain the wine. It was amazing
Love it, great atmosphere, great service and great food...we celebrate our anniversary every year there....
Food was delicious, view of Seneca Lake amazingly beautiful even on a cloudy day, service was shy of the 110% I enjoyed earlier this summer.
Charming, comfortable, relaxing, quaint...I would recommend a stay at Belhurst to all.
We have been coming here for years. Unfortunately, in recent months, it feels as though the business has been segmented. Edgar's isn't at the standard it once was, Stonecutters is ok, and it's absurd that we are not coerced to drink our $30 bottle of wine from a small plastic cup that would traditionally be found in a Best Western room. It's become disappointing and our business clearly isn't valued. There's more to this business than drunken wine tour groups and cookie cutter weddings.
We had a delightful stay at Belhurst Castle. From the ambiance of the castle to the fantastic wine, to the friendly and helpful staff, the entire experience was excellent. What a treat to climb the elegant staircase to our beautiful room. The staff loves talking about the history and legend of Belhurst. We highly recommend a stay there.
Very dissapointed. Went to the bar for drinks. No one at the bar but us. Woman gave us food menus and never turned her back on us. Finally we just let.
