We've visited twice, once for gelato & once for hot chocolate. The gelato was great, the hot chocolate was terrible. The hot chocolate is basically just melted gelato & I ended up getting sick because of it. We also had to wait over 30 minutes for the hot chocolate, that we got without a lid since they ran out, on a Saturday night because only one girl was scheduled.
