We had a fabulous experience here! Our treats were just delicious and Christina and KK were wonderful and patient and made everything perfectly! Cannot wait to come back and bring more family here to enjoy this gem! ���

Sure some may have had a "experience" but stayed next door at Harbour Veiw Inn and had no issues. Made it a nightly deal. Coffee heading out around town and Waffle and Gelato in evening on return.
Gross and probably making people sick. The staff isn't friendly to begin with, but then I noticed that Rachel that served me handles money and then made me a sandwich without washing her hands or wearing gloves. I asked her about it and she agreed that it was bad but explained they're out of gloves. She then told me they have hand sanitizer that that use, "every now and then." GROSS!!! I won't be back.
First non impressed visit! Two workers when we arrived, but one was preparing to leave while there was a long line out the door. Remaining worker was very slow and precise....seemed like forever to serve the 5 people in front of us. More importantly, the worker was NOT wearing hair cover or gloves BUT was doing the food AND money transactions. Pretty sure both of those are a no-no in the food world. I LOVE Belgian Gelato - so much I walked past a Ben & Jerry's DT to drive to Belgian's Vendue location. Only to find it closed at 7:53pm when the website states 11pm & FB states 10pm. EIGHT ppl standing outside wanting to go in! The worker sweeping the floors mumbled what time you supposingly close in the off season...is it 7pm, I'm confused, can you please bother to update your sites?!
