I would recommend Belfor for any type of service related issues they perform. We had a water leak in finished basement with severe damage. Matt and his team responded next day evaluated the issue worked with our insurance company and promptly started the restoration. Process was quick easy and very professional. The Belfor team was absolutely incredible. We had a massive sewage leak in our finished basement that had gone unnoticed for an unknown amount of time. One call to Belfor and they were here within 2 hours and were mitigating the problem immediately. They were extremely responsive, professional, neat, clean, and sensitive to all our concerns. Do not go with with company, they took almost 2 years to complete my mother's house. They switched people so much on this job no one knew what they were doing, would do work for about 2 hours and leave if they showed up. This company have no communication with each other and not with the customers. Jason Pinder is very unprofessional and rude. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They hire unprofessional workers that can not get the job done properly. Have someone come out to drywall an area they left it a hot mess. Still waiting for my flooring and other items to be installed. I was told this job would have been completed two weeks ago it’s still has not been done. I have no idea when it’s going be done because I can’t get a straight answer. Oh they painted an area a different color from previous wall color now I have to paint the whole room myself.
