DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORKERS! My townhome was damaged in a fire, along witb 8 other townhomes, and In order for repairs to be uniform we all had a hire the same restoration company, and Belfor was the company selected by our HOA. The repairs took forever (partly due to supply chain issues outside Belfor’s control), so while our home was not a complete loss we were still displaced for for a year. It has been 5 weeks since a tree fell on the house and no work has been done other than the tree was removed . We can’t get Belfor to do the job they are being paid for .

No show. Contacted them for an estimate, made an appointment with Terry. The day of the appointment, I went to the location and no one showed up. Called Terry, he advised his partner was supposed to show up an hour earlier. I said I may have gotten the time mixed up, but no one called to tell me they were at the property waiting, no confirmation call, etc. We set up an appointment for the next day, Terry said he would come to the appointment himself.
