If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My husband and I experienced a house fire three+ years ago, and unfortunately, the nightmare didn’t end there. Belfor was hired for the restoration, and to this day, we are still dealing with the aftermath of their cheap repair work and the many corners they cut throughout the process. The representative was extremely polite and sensitive to our damage and how to further protect our home. He was also very careful bringing the machines in and out of our home. Thank you!
Belfor provided water restoration service for a leak in my home. They were timely to visit for an assessment and quick to provide an accurate quote. Their rep Russell was extremely responsive and easy to talk to. He helped explain the process and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them.
Brandon Britton was our cleanup project manager after Milton and Helene. We couldn't have had better service, highly recommend.
