I had a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and professional.
Great... No awesome people. I started bring my kids to Dr Belen's office after a very poor visit some place else. Her staff is great, and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Handled my squirmy son great and their work is beautiful. The office is very pretty, clean and well maintained. And they are super nice! The 5 minute wait was only because the appointment was first thing in the morning.
My daughter had a very bad experience at another doctor's office, leaving a horrible mental and emotional scar. Since switching to Dr. Belen's office, she still has fear, but is slowly gaining confidence. Dr. Belen was thorough with her explanations and addressed all my concerns. Her staff, Kerry, Kim, and Kate were extremely patient with my daughter and never made me feel like a terrible parent. Love the entire staff. They are all very good to me and very accomodating to the rest of my family who have ridiculous scheduling problems, but they always work around that, which I appreciate very much,
