The sales person sold Us a deal on new gutters based on the fact they were to replace the old warranty gutters. We agreed on $4,000 plus for the package. When the installer looked at our install he said they would not replace the gutters in the signed deal. I asked why. He said he would let the General Manager needs to be involved. I heard nothing from the GM. I sent an email to the GM with copies of the contract we signed. I never got a response. Mr. Patterson. I’m sorry that you’re having problems. I don’t have your file at home but we instruct the installer not to install when he feels there might be an issue. Not saying there is or isn’t, but we error on the side of caution so that we can properly evaluate it. Our team members are human and we make mistakes so we have a belt and suspenders approach. They BS you about their products & claim it never ever needs painting, Simply NOT TRUE
Correctly re-install the system we payed for last year. The service manager keeps giving us horrible excuses We are extremely disappointed Our deck is rotting away!!
I am extremely disappointed in the service I have not received from the Beldon Austin area division. They were very quick to book the appointment and take 1/2 the amount but they did not call to confirm a time, I had to do that. They dropped off the gutters on Thursday for installation a Friday afternoon, no one showed up or called. I called again and reached their answering service, who was suppose to send them a message. Beldon accommodated me by taking down the open gutters so I could have my house fully painted and then installed the Leafguard gutters after painting was complete. I am very satisfied with their service. The only thing is that the boots that go into the drains that run underground are a little kluggie as I was under the impression they would be more integrated with the downspout and the underground drain pipe that rises out of the ground.
Although I had problems with delayed scheduling of my siding replacement, since then my trust in Beldon has been revived by the wonderful crew from San Antonio who have been working on my house this week. Michael, Alberto, Jesus, and Gabriel have worked so hard and my job is nearly finished and looks beautiful. Michael has explained everything they've done as they have done it. Thanks to Beldon for listening to my frustration, taking action, and sending this great crew.
