Taking Their Sweet Time Had dropped by the Fredericksburg Rd location the day before, made an appointment to have the yearly state inspection done and the tires rotated and balanced. Showed up at 8 AM the next morning. Receptionist said it would be about 1 to 2 hours, and asked if I was going to wait there. Told him I only lived 3 blocks away, would walk home and back to pick up my vehicle, and to give me a call. I FINALLY get a call at 1 PM (5 hours later)!!! k READ THIS REVIEW!! I would never recommend this place to anyone! I took my tahoe in to be evaluated for popping noises around the tires. They replaced the "bad" parts and it's never been the same since. After spending over 1,000.00 the truck has been back 4 times and it still is doing the same things it was doing when we took it in. They also tried to sell us service we didn't need. I wish I had read the reviews on this place before I chose to take my vehicle there. Don't take anything there even for an oil change!!!
Belden's can't be trusted I felt we weren??t dealt with honestly at Belden??s. We were told an estimate of $200-$250 to replace a window motor and regulator on a Chevy Tahoe. Sounded reasonable so we made an appointment. When we dropped the car off there was a $100 diagnostic fee we weren't aware of, but we were assured we would only pay it if we chose not to do the repairs. Stay away from this place !!! My father in law was looking for another shop nearby at 13287 made the mistake to end up there at wrong address 13811 San Pedro , spend over 2 hours there ending up paying $95.00 for a blown fuse and lost one hours work , believe the personel there to be smooth saleman and will overcharge anything they can get away with , Stay away from this job , there is another review by a AAA inspector possing as a dumbe blond , do yourself a favor and read it , it will open your eyes
Helpful at Belden's Belden's has always been very helpful whenever I need to have my car looked at. They really go out of their way to look my car over and let me know of any safety issues I may have. As a single women its nice to know I have the staff at Belden's by my side!!
Belden's Automotive is GREAT! I am so pleased with Beldens Automotive, they went out of there way to help me get my car picked up and delivered to me. They told me exactly what my car needed and offered me a great price and a better warranty than the dealer! I have since recommended them to two friends and they both loved the Belden organization. I know recommend all my friends to go. Great job Belden family!!
Waste of Money Went to the one off 281. My truck was dying, I thought something was draining it but they said that my battery was bad. Which is fine but they charged me $90.00 just to find out that my battery is dead??? Then another $140 for the battery itself. Way over priced. I wouldnt recomend them to anyone!!!
My 1st Experience With Beldens I am new in town and went to the Fredericksburg Rd location to get a oil change, lube, rotation and state inspection. They charged me $110 because for the oil change they "Used a great cleaning system procedure their customers like." I neither authorized this nor would have let them add a cleaner to the oil system. Then the mechanic noted, "An oily substance floating at the top of the coolant." My car has 185,000 miles on it. Duhhh! Stay away from this place. Bad news outfit, in my opinion.
No issues I've taken my car there twice and, Yes, if they see something wrong, they'll recommend getting it fixed. They guarantee their work for a year, not too many places do that. Since I've taken my car in, I've had no issues. If you want quality work, take it there.
