Work done well, but pricey I had an oil change done at Beldens Automotive. They did the oil change and then some. They kept finding things that "needed" to be repaired right away! The rep/tech was very aggressive about trying to convince me to get all of the work that they found to be done, done right then. I felt talked down to and pressured. I'm not going to go to Beldens again. PROS: CONS: Aggressive/pressuring sales staff.
Great Experience I took my 04' Ford F150 to the dealership several times and could never get the problem fixed. Also, everytime I was there I felt pressured to buy a services that I felt wasnt needed. I decided to try Belden's after a buddy of mine reccomended. k READ THIS REVIEW!! I would never recommend this place to anyone! I took my tahoe in to be evaluated for popping noises around the tires. They replaced the "bad" parts and it's never been the same since. After spending over 1,000.00 the truck has been back 4 times and it still is doing the same things it was doing when we took it in. They also tried to sell us service we didn't need. I wish I had read the reviews on this place before I chose to take my vehicle there. Don't take anything there even for an oil change!!!
Nightmare DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to Belden's Automotive! I wish I would have read the reviews before going here. I dropped my truck off bc it was making a sound like a loose belt. They mentioned that I needed to change my exhaust manifold: $450. They ended up charging me $650 to include a sensor change and the inspection fee of $98. The worst part about it, is that when I pulled it off the lot, the truck stalled. It has stalled like 4 times from driving it for two days. It has never done that before. Caution Took my vehicle to the Beldons on HWY 281. Not sure their diagnosis of problems is always spot on. Check around before you spend your $$ here to fix your vehicle.
Waste of Money Went to the one off 281. My truck was dying, I thought something was draining it but they said that my battery was bad. Which is fine but they charged me $90.00 just to find out that my battery is dead??? Then another $140 for the battery itself. Way over priced. I wouldnt recomend them to anyone!!!
Helpful at Belden's Belden's has always been very helpful whenever I need to have my car looked at. They really go out of their way to look my car over and let me know of any safety issues I may have. As a single women its nice to know I have the staff at Belden's by my side!!
Belden's can't be trusted I felt we werenât dealt with honestly at Beldenâs. We were told an estimate of $200-$250 to replace a window motor and regulator on a Chevy Tahoe. Sounded reasonable so we made an appointment. When we dropped the car off there was a $100 diagnostic fee we weren't aware of, but we were assured we would only pay it if we chose not to do the repairs. A&M DAD! I have used Belden's Automotive for Years, Great Service friendly staff, they always call me with estimates first. I love Belden's Automotive & Tires. My daughter broke down on Spring Break coming from College Station A&M, they worked with us and got her back on the road in TWO DAYS. Thank You Ronnie & Rusty great service!!!! Always recommend you!
