These apartments are cheap because everything is broke. Maintenance is quick about coming to help but you have to call them back about something else! Maybe one or two washers and dryers work in their laundromat which was probably installed when my grandma was in school. They require 60 day notice to vacate but if you break it early they keep your deposit and still make you pay two months rent. The worst mistake I ever made on a place to stay! Between the $295.00 admin fee, The $250.00 pet fee & the final bill of $323.00 for carpet cleaning, painting walls & general cleaning. It was definitely NOT an cheap place to live for just 2 months! When they cleaned the carpet before I moved in it brought out smells so bad my wife & dog refused to stay with me!
