Unhelpful management. No cameras to track lost package.
Lost my package
There is no package locker system so packages get stolen very often and they don’t do anything about it. Terrible experience.
My passport was stolen from the mailroom, and management refused to take any meaningful action. The onsite manager only told me to “call the helpline,” which makes me wonder why they are even here if they won’t help residents directly. There are no cameras in the mailroom, and they also refused to send a community wide email asking residents to return the package in case it was taken by mistake.
