Supervisor Miguel is an amazing man. Really helpful and very quick with any service request. He is one of the reasons we extended the lease here at Belcarra.
The maintenance team has a stellar response time and they are very attentive to needs of residents. So far, I have been helped by these folks, and I have been impressed by their speed and professionalism: Dana VanHooser, Erich Miller, Florentino Herrera, Miguel A Franco Paez, Jordan Rousu. While moving in, our lease application was handled by Jen Adams - who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was smooth. I do not recommend this apartment. The soundproofing is extremely poor. When we first rented here three years ago, our unit faced the street, and we often heard loud noises in the middle of the night from garbage trucks, gas refilling, and restaurant deliveries. The noise was constant, excessive, and completely beyond normal levels. At the time, due to our lack of experience, we were charged a $500 transfer fee without question. I have been living in the same area for six years, but I’ve never encountered such exorbitant utility charges. In February, I was billed a staggering $177 for just 28 days of service for a single person in a 1b1b apartment.
