Scheduled a self guided tour and was expecting them to send me a code or provide information for us to enter the rooms and no code was provided. We waited 20 minutes trying to tour the place and called multiple times and no one bothered to help us out. Huge waste of my time and goes to show how this place is managed.
The maintenance team has been consistently responsive and helpful. Many thanks to Miguel Franco Paez for his prompt support in resolving my work order today and for coordinating with his team to help ensure a quick resolution. I was particularly impressed by the speed and thoroughness of his work. Thanks to Quinton for quickly communicating the work order to the maintenance team and helping facilitate a quick response.
Good work
There is no proper security here. The cameras seem to be only for show or fun purposes because they do not help when something actually happens. Our parcels get stolen frequently, and nothing effective is done about it. It feels very unsafe and disappointing, especially when residents expect basic security and protection for their deliveries.
