Lived here for a long time, and while there were some ups and downs, the current management and staff are great. Can't beat the location. Many on the maintenance team have been there a long time and they have always been good to work with - prompt at responding, getting to the unit quickly, and resolving any issues I needed. Special shout out to Tino! He went more than above and beyond helping me out digging through the trash when my keys accidentally got thrown down the garbage chute during my move out. Maintenance requests are addressed very promptly. Dana came to help us. He is so polite and quick in helping fix our issues.
Dana came on a Sunday to help fix the issue in our apartment. He accommodated our entry instructions and spent his time to fix the issue not just put a bandaid over it.
1. They will jack up the rent significantly every year until you decide to leave. 2. They will keep your deposit by charging you cleaning fee even if you hired a professional cleaning team. (They will make up excuses such as you didn’t submit the invoice on time, etc. They didn’t even ask for cleaning invoice before. The cleaning condition should be evaluated upon move out.) 3.
