Good work
There is no proper security here. The cameras seem to be only for show or fun purposes because they do not help when something actually happens. Our parcels get stolen frequently, and nothing effective is done about it. It feels very unsafe and disappointing, especially when residents expect basic security and protection for their deliveries.
Everyone at Belcarra has made this move-in process incredibly easy and welcoming. The entire team has been friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment community or management team. Thank you for making this such a great experience!
Loving it here! Just moved in 2 days ago… I was having a hard time with the door key pad and Tino from maintenance came to my rescue! Thank you so much!
The best decision I ever made was moving to Belcarra truly cannot put into words how amazing the staff here is!
