My move into IMT Belasera Sherman Way was very seamless and smooth. Ennase (hope I spelled it right) is professional and a great communicator. She followed up with me and kept me informed throughout the process (no guess work). Information transactions were quick and easy. Upon move in, she met me at the complex, gave me a personal tour and walk thru of my apartment. The entire property is safe and incredibly clean. The community is quiet with friendly neighbors. Sir came out today to handle a few requests. He is always courteous and does a good job.
I've lived here for almost two years and it is without a doubt the nicest establishment I have ever lived in. Management is always very welcoming and accommodating. Maintenance is very on top of things and quick to respond. A wonderful place to live:)
Amazing office and maintenance teams. Special shout out to Daniel. Had a last minute request to replace a seal on our door before another bout of heavy rain, and he came last minute end of day BEFORE the rain, to install new seal. After rain, the walkway outside was flooded with water. Thank YOU Daniel for coming by in the nick of time and keeping our home dry and warm during this crazy winter weather. You rock!
