Moved in earlier this month and I have to say it was one of the smoothest transitions I’ve had and I’ve moved many times around grated LA. Kieth the property manager was wonderful in getting us set up and made sure we had everything needed from start to finish. He was very attentive and detailed when communicating. The building itself smells nice and is kept very clean. You can tell this community is cared for and we felt very welcomed coming in.
It’s not often you come across a team that truly goes above and beyond, but this one really does. Daniel from maintenance is an absolute standout—fast, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. He took care of my work order quickly and made sure everything was handled perfectly before leaving. Daniel is an absolute maintenance rockstar at IMT Residential. He consistently delivers fast, quality work and always brings a positive, professional attitude. It's truly a pleasure every time he comes by to help. I also want to recognize Sir the supervisor along with the office team Ennase and Keith. Their communication, organization, and willingness to assist make everything run smoothly. Overall, this entire team goes above and beyond for the residents. Nice apartments - lots of dogs, but lots of room to walk dogs. There are some loud tenants/renters. Property maintenance is pretty reliable.
