Staff was very friendly. Loved the layout of the Royal suite. Couple of downfalls though for the price of the room. First thing was the pool area has 3 speakers, of which only one was working. Room was very clean except for the tile floors. They were very slippery and you could see dirt build-up in the grout. Floors seemed as though they still had a layer of cleaning solution, which made them very slippery. There also weren't any trash bags in the trashcans. I will definitely be back here again! We stayed in the Royal suite here for our 5 year anniversary! I absolutely loved having our own private pool. It's always awkward using the public pool at a hotel so this made it care free the whole time! Only suggestion maybe have some windows or skylights in your room!
I am disappointed with your clientele and understanding. My husband and I have been coming there since we got married, 3 years in a row. Recently we have went through some changes financially and had saved up for the room ,dinner and other add ons we may have wanted. Our anniversary is Sept 21 and because of the lack of an "exception" we have been forced to cancel. Amazing place to stay! Great service, beautiful room, and wonderful amenities! Definitely went far and above my expectations. We ordered cookies and milk at night through room service and when they got to us they were warm and delicious. The pool was warm and a great addition. We hated having to come home and will without a doubt be coming back!!!!

My wife and I were forced to cancel our reservation we had for a year because we didnt have the full amount of the room avliable on a credit card. We had been twice before this experience. We were planning to pay cash. Absolutely ridiculous, the desk associate was also rude when we were trying to work something out with them so we would not have to cancel. Awful impersonal service. We will not b returning.
Celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary here and everything was AMAZING. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back soon!
