disappointed in customer service! bought my inlaws a gift card and they redeemed it a few weeks ago... late at night alarms were going off two different times... suite next door was flooding water and they were kept up past midnight with workers in their garage trying to turn the alarms off... they were told they could have 10% off their stay for the trouble and they couldnt get a refund because part of it was paid with a gift card.... and $50 toward another stay... who would want to go back after that experience and what is... read more

RecommendedThis place is so dope. I slept for hours no windows in suite so you can literally lie in bed all day detached from the world. I do wish they had a lil kitchenette in room for the price. However definitely a nice spot wifey and I had a Great Time!

The concierge at the front desk was so bubbly and helpful! I added a package that had candles and Rose's around the room and it looked wonderful when we arrived!
