loved to swim in warm water all night long. the walk in shower was good to.
The reason I am not recommending this is because of the ridiculous cancellation policy during this unprecedented pandemic. My daughter and her husband were excited to come again but she wound up in the hospital. I think it's a shame that you will not refund their money because it wasn't 7 days notice Absolutely horrible customer service in my opinion!
If you are looking for a couples getaway, this is it! My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon here! And plan to celebrate our Anniversaries to come!
Just leaving a stay here for hubby's birthday. Let's start with the staff: welcoming, super outgoing, customer oriented and professional. Room:pull into your attached garage that opens to your large , clean and very romantic room. From dimmers on the lights to 2person whirlpool tub to personal in room swimming pool. Need anything... it's just a phone dial away. I give the Perrysburg team and location 👍👍. We will definitely be returning.
I enjoyed the Grand Royal Suite & the BEST...staff...Andrea I appreciate the surprise birthday balloons upon checkout & the photo op with you- a great stay for sure I will be back.
This place is absolutely incredible! This is a DEFINITE place to go back to again and again. I SO recommend this for R&R! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and just as excited for your stay. Rooms are super clean and the atmosphere divine! Can’t say enough!
