I have visited my friend in this building and I loved the well kept building. Hallways are spotless and building has a character. In future I will definitely rent it here.
I have visited my cousins in this building i loved the environment and affordable living lifestyle in future I am planning to rent it here as soon as my current lease over
I rent with Avenue Living Communities in Lethbridge. For an extended period, my ability to live normally in my unit has been affected by ongoing disturbances from the unit above, including repeated late-night yelling and arguments. This has resulted in police being called on three separate occasions. I have documentation and case numbers. I have also reported concerns regarding a dog being left alone for extended long periods of time and barking continuously all day. Video evidence has been provided.
