Had an appointment scheduled for weeks. I greatly dislike going to the dentist and it takes a lot for me to walk through the door. Made arrangements for someone to pick my child up from school and everything. I show up 5 minutes before my appointment time and they tell me they do not have an appointment in the system for me. They sent me multiple text messages all week about the appointment and I show up and nothing. I have been going to Smile partners for 10 years and my daughter has been going since her first dentist visit so about 7 years. We absolutely LOVE them. I hadn't went for years before I was referred to them because I was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. Well Dr. Greg was GREAT very gentle, nice and always smiling. Smile Partners is the absolute best dental practice around! My family and I have been going to the Forest Hill office for 23 years for dental and orthodontist services. We won’t go to anyone else. Dr Jimmy, Dr Laurie and their staff are gentle, caring folks who put their patients first. We had the occasion to go to the new Havre de Grace office. What a beautiful, calming view to see when having dental work done.
Everyone at smile partners is very nice very accommodating and very informative. Dr. Jimmy cracks me up and makes my kids feel at ease. Lauren the hygienist is very thorough, kind, and friendly. I always had anxiety about going to the dentist, but not here.
I went into the Havre de Grace office today to get a bridge done, might I add, it was long over due! I was very nervous about getting the procedure done, the dental assistant Amber was great! She reassured me everything would be fine. Both, Dr. Jimmy and Amber were very professional, kind and caring! To me going to the dentist is the worst thing possible. I saw Dr Gregg today. Just Loved him. Made sure I was pain free during my whole procedure. Staff was very friendly. They make going to dentist a little less stressful.
