RecommendedI’m terribly busy with much anxiety about going to a new dentist and dealing with new insurance etc. I was determined to make the time to briefly say that I was thrilled with the ease of getting in and out . Short review: find a different Dentist. The two star rating reflects that the actual dental work that was performed was done well; but the organization of this office is a mess. Billing has been done incorrectly, and was of course in their favor for several hundred dollars. Submission to insurance was done incorrectly and still has not been corrected months later. Smile Partners is my new dental office since January 2019. I had an emergency and was given an appointment immediately. Dr. Greg and his staff are wonderful and accommodating to my dental anxieties and claustrophobia. I couldn't ask for a better dentist to work on my teeth. Just finished another appointment of another crown - again he and his staff made sure I was okay and not having any issues. They are wonderful!!!! Thank you for taking such great care of me!!!

Dr. Jim Schall is the most gentle, kind and patient dentist I've ever had, but the entire group at Smile Partners is awesome and I'd recommend them to any and everyone!
I scheduled an appointment over a month ago to have a tooth pulled. Had to cancel it due to being sick and rescheduled it. When i went in today they apparently thought i was coming in to have just a normal appointment and i could not have my tooth pulled. I tried to be calm and understanding things happen but when i went to reschedule for what i was supposed to actually be getting done they told me it would be 3 months for another appointment. The staff and doctors are friendly, helpful and really care about their patients.
For the first time ever, I had a dentist visit where I didn't feel as though I would have a panic attack. I'm super afraid of dentists. I put them up on the same level of fear as I have of spiders. But after my visit with Dr. Jimmy and Jenna today, at Smile Partners in Havre de Grace, I'm looking forward to going back! Such a great experience! If you're searching for a great dental team, I can not recommend them enough!
Finally got dental insurance, called smile partners to check to see if they took my insurance, the girl on the phone says yes. I make an appointment and go they take my insurance card and ID, no problem. While I’m there they say they can fit in a cleaning too as well and the first dentist appointment, awesome. Then I get a letter saying they don’t take my insurance, and then a bill for $300. Not professional AT ALL. I work in the medical Feild I know that you check that stuff with new patients.
