There is obviously some serious screening of reviews going on here! Thank God for Google!! This apartment complex is horrible! The unit that I was scheduled to move into was subpar to say the least and no where near move in ready on the day that I was scheduled to move in. On top of that, they refused to return my deposit and administrative fees in the amount of $400. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to call home.

These apartments have a great office, awesome amenities, and a all-around great Community to live in. I've been living here for quite a while now and I would recommend other people move in because I really believe you would enjoy the living experience.
RecommendedI loved living in these apartments! They are cleanly and affordable and if you do have a problem the leasing office and maintenance are quick to help fix the problem. Jamie Bradford was especially kind and did everything she could to ensure that I was happy with my apartment! I would recommend these apartments over any others in the area!!
RecommendedI loved living there while in town for business. 701 South Apartments saved me so much money every morning because they provide complimentary Starbucks drip coffee in the office ! Great location with true southern hospitality!
Recommended701 S Apartments has a beautiful property with amazing, considerate, and polite staff. Their homes are pet convenient and very spacious. Would definitely recommend.
