possibly the very definitely of lack of customer service. They will not pick up your trash even though you pay for that service, the pipes in our tub has black water coming out of it and they will not send help for, they said they have Key fobs, that don't work, the randomly lock the gate to the pool on memorial day and have no one to call that will come unlock it. Arbor station maintenance is a joke. I’ve been complaining about a leak in my sons bathroom for over a year. I was bamboozled into thinking they would replace the tile in that bathroom. Fast forward and I now have a hole in the ceiling and I can see the wood boards in the ceiling. My dryer is not drying and it’s been that way for a couple of weeks. They rigged it up last week and it worked for a week. It’s not drying again and they supposedly put a new part that took over a month to ‘come in’.
RecommendedSeveral days ago I had an issue that was taken care of immediately! Anything that I’ve ever needed, the 701 South staff has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, from day 1.

RecommendedOverall, we’ve been very happy with our apartment here. We moved in over four years ago, and have no plans to leave any time soon. Our place is nice and comfortable, and maintenance is always quick to fix any problems that may come up. The location is perfect for us. I’d recommend The Hamptons at Pine Bend to anyone looking for a new place to call home!
