Very wide selection of bird seed and other bird supplies. Fine selection of BBQ products. top of the line paint section. Very good customer service. the manager mark needs to 'bone up" on his fantasy football knowledge. ! lol
I took my lawn mower in to be fixed. The sarcastic man (clerk) told me I had let the oil go dry and ruined the engine. I told him my son had checked the oil and it was fine. The clerk said sarcastically that maybe his serviceman had hallucinationed. That was my last visit to your store. I told this to two other hardware store personnel and they said automatically that it had to have taken place at Beiswengers.
Thank you for the great service and knowledgeable help. The stain I ended up with was perfect just what I wanted. I knew skipping the big name store and going to you was the right decision!
I went here on the suggestion of a friend to find a snowblower. The person who was working the day I was there didn't even bother to get out of his chair to help me. I had never owned a snow blower before, and the attendant did NOTHING to help. I ended up going to a big box chain to order a snow blower. The customer service and friendliness was exponentially better than my experience at Beisswenger's. It's a pretty sad state of affairs when a national big box store up-ends the local store.
