bought a new snowblower from here not even a year ago. I'll admit I left fuel in there over the summer but when I go to get help with the issue I'm asked questions from the sales floor guy like I'm an idiot and I find out that to have the carburetor cleaned I'll have to wait till Christmas. I'm sorry. I don't have till then. you either have too many lazy schmucks sitting around doing nothing or you don't have enough people to do service work. which is it.
Been going to Beisswenger’s for all my outdoor equipment needs for years now and I have never been disappointed. The staff is very knowledgeable and always point me in the right direction. The equipment and prices leave nothing to be desired. The service staff has always helped me get back in the action. Would never go anywhere else.

Wow. What happened to this store! Poor customer service. Workers are rude. Not ever coming back. We have spent thousands here. Not ever. I will bring my business to someone who appreciates it
I love this hardware store! I’ve been going there for years, before the new store. I like that you can ask for help and get an answer! Customer service!! Also, love their garden market, their bird houses and variety! I also use their window/screen repair.. As a single woman who doesn’t know a lot about maintaining their home, they’ve made it easier for me to keep up on repairs and understand how to minimize costs.
always late with blade sharpening. ACE does it for a few $ less AND usually do it "on the spot" I NEVER have waited more than one day Also I feel mistreated EVERY time I go to Beisswenger's. The owners name should be "Dick"
