I was in on a Sunday afternoon (Feb 18) to get parts to fix my snowblower carb. There was 3 guys there to help. They had all the parts on hand at a good price and gave me lots of pointers on how to do the job right! I really appreciated it.
I get bird seed there all the time. Just got a nice bird bath. I enjoy getting the older times soda pop.
I RECENTLY PURCHASED A BIG GREEN EGG COOKER FROM BEISSWENGERS. JIM NEUMAN, MY SALES ASSOCIATE, WAS VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE AND HELPFUL. HE MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE MAKING A PRETTY BIG PURCHASE (OVER $1000) AND I REALLY APPRECIATED IT. GOOD JOB, JIM!!!!
I have had great service at this place and the selection of merchandise is fantastic. I know that the parts and service guys are not the most customer friendly people around, but they do a good job repairing your stuff. Try to look past their grumpy and seemingly lazy attitudes.
The last time I shopped there was 6 years ago. I rented a rug doctor. I cleaned it out carefully before returning, including vacuuming out the bottom. The employee who checked it in told me I hadn't cleaned it and she was charging me extra. No amount of reasoning with managers would change their mind. They lost potentially thousands in my business over $5. They completely failed on the importance of customer good will. Loved my experience! Mr. Newman was very welcoming. The garden manager was helpful! The inventory of chimes and bird feeders unmatched! Beautiful flowers and garden art! Fun store!
