Beisswenger's was the very first Hardware store I wanted to carry my StudShelf. I am an inventor and they have the most extensive selection of specialty hardware for some of my projects I know I won't waste my time looking there first. With other unique products you don't see at other stores and their helpful staff and their emphasis on community and neighborhood STUDSHELF and Beisswenger's was a perfect match.

they have a great selection of hardware, garden supplies, tools, and bird feed. Their nursery plants in the spring are healthy and well maintained. Best of all their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Great store but Please lose the Andersen Renewal guy who accosts you literally as you step in the door. It’s happened several times and I can’t believe your customers want to have him in their face-I know I don’t.
I have always purchased my mowers and most recently (this spring) a snowblower from Beisswenger’s. After the last few rude encounters with the service department. It’s a safe bet I will not be back.
08-31-2018 My first visit to Beisswenger's. I was surprised at the extremely poor customer service. I waited a long time and when an employee reluctantly asked if I needed help; he was clueless. The impression I received from the employee that he did not want to help me. I came very close to walking out.

We moved to New Brighton two years ago and I have converted the vast majority of my business from the big-box retailers to Beisswenger’s. I bought a lawn mower about a month ago, and had great service. I just stopped in today and was helped out greatly picking out flowers for my mother’s yard. The store is clean and well-organized and the employees are courteous and helpful. Keep up the great work!
