I had many problems with this company simply trying to get an estimate. I have a pretty big project. First the estimator was very rushed and kept looking at the time. Second, they told me it would be 2.5 weeks for the estimate. Since I hadn't heard from them when the estimate was due I called and the person on the phone didn't know what I was talking about.
