Staff not very knowledgeable. Dentist was good and caring but front desk and check out clerk had no clue. I was charged the full amount before service was done and never gave a choice other than lay in full. Temporary bridge came off same day. I have to say I have seen many dentist in my life time and with same dental insurance and never once was asked the full amount due before service done
