A little pricey for the portions. A little on the high-side for a chinese restaurant. Lots of Penn folks frequent this place, so it's always hopping. They do a great sit-down and take-out business.
So-So Food here is very expensive and the portions are not what you would expect for what you pay. Its only good for the location when working in the area. Place is small and they seem to rush you out to get the next group in.
sorry, very small portions. my green bean and chicken with garlic sauce order had no chicken in it and it cost six dollars for a pint of green beans and some white rice. poor value for the money. Unfortunately the close location to my place of employment will not makeup for poor quality
Great, quick, cheap Chinese Bejing is in a Penn Institution. Located right near the Quad, one of the central dormitories on campus, it is always packed with students and professors alike. A favorite for its quickness, it is also VERY fresh and VERY good, basic Chinese. Don't expect to sit around for an hour after lunch- they certainly move the people in and out in a hurry. But it is well worth the lack of ambiance for the great food.
American Chinese food The only good thing about this restaurant is its convenient location. Otherwise, the food is very mediocre with no exceptional specailties on the menu. The taste is very generic American Chinese food and not at all what REAL Chinese food is like. The price is reasonable with entrees generally around the $8-10 range. The service is prompt and take-out is a good option.
