RecommendedAmazing group of people! My daughter has been through hell and back lately medical wise and she wanted a mommy daughter day...only problem i couldnt afford it. But the fact that if you chose to donate your hair you get the full treatment for free and the staff is genuinely thankful and allowed her to have the best day...she shed 20 inches of amazing red hair and i did 12...a total of 32 inches donated and an amazing memory of my daughters first salon experience. It has been years since I had my hair done professionally and was in desperate need of something different. I found the salon online and decided to give it a try. My stylist Natalie was amazing. She was very professional and fun, and took a great deal of time to discuss my options. I told her to do whatever she felt would look nice. If you are willing to pay salon prices, then you will get salon treatment. Very professional and welcoming. It is the first time in 4 years that I have gotten such a good hair cut.
Best customer service and customer experience! I won't go anywhere else. The shampoo and scalp massage alone is worth the visit! Thanks Karsyn for another great haircut!
