Extremely unprofessional. I had the first appt of the day at 9 am and the therapist did not show up. She was contacted at 9:30 after I had told the woman in the front that I had to leave by 10 for work, and the therapist said (over the phone) she'd be there at noon and if that worked with me... Ridiculous. My first appointment was with a different therapist who talked about herself for half the session and asked to give me religious therapy which I never requested. I had Karina here and she was amazing! Always listened to my concerns and worked on them with me. I was able to get an accommodations letter even after she left from the medical records department and the process was really easy!
