It's really sad when you're reaching out for help they don't even call you back. For some with mental health issues that's really hard to do. No one reaching out for help should be ignored. It's really quite disgusting.
This facility was an absolute joke. The security guard was extremely rude, had an attitude when I went outside to make a phone call and came back in. I called this place in advance to make sure they could handle the situation my family member was experiencing and they told us absolutely and gave us the "ok" to come. This was after I was on the phone for 40 mins and transferred 7 times.
