I went to this office a few years ago and was treated by Kay Colvin-Guthrie, and have been struggling with the experience since I was unable to officially report her for her mistreatment when it happened. Her abilities as a professional mediator and to diffuse hostile situations were lacking, as she refused to do either. She had an extreme bias toward my parent (who was the reason I needed therapy in the first place) and would side with them consistently. Dr. Guthrie and her team were amazing while helping me get diagnosed and treatment. Very transparent and comforting.
I don’t understand the lack of transparency, the office hours for Tuesday say on the website 5pm. I call at 3:30 to get back with about some very important results to avail.
