I did talk therapy for a year. My counselor was Tonia Henderson She was a wonderful counselor who helped me navigate thru some issues, face some hard truths, learn how to recognize triggers and deal with them more efficiently. I truly felt my healing journey was important to her and I wasn't just a name on a tablet. I felt she was very experienced, knowledgeable and caring and I'm grateful to her and the Behavioral Health organization for the services they provide in our community. This place doesn't care about their patient mental health their therapist dropped me do to her lack of experience with people who have BPD which has caused more mental issues their psychiatrist Ms Jackson has issues with hearing the patients needs and gets mad when patients tell them their issues on stress . This place is a joke .

hahaha...horrendously unprofessional "higher up's" *therapists are pretty friendly. Other reviewers from a year ago express concern for canceled appointments for no reason for meds etc.., I Met with a "higher up" to discuss more... when the equation was too difficult to solve, i was met with "we're sorry, that is enough" ""Our apology is enough""...not, we'll keep researching because this seems to be an ongoing thing internally these random canceled appointments. then met with ""do you want to discontinue services??!! well D... read more

Tonia has helped me so much throughout my time with her. She is honest about the things that are being said which helped so much because there are things that I needed to hear in order to help me get to the point that I am at today. I am so grateful for her guidance and highly recommend working with her because she was able to get me to a place other therapists were not able to do after having years of therapy and multiple therapists.

I thought this place was great until they switched my Provider and told me they wouldn't give a refill for a medication I can't go without until I see a different provider. I've been on this medication for several years now. I feel like this is completely unethical.
