Drove an hour round trip and arrived 10 minutes early just to have them call to say the appointment is cancelled when I was in the parking lot. First time ever going to that place, won’t ever be going back. Save your gas money and go somewhere else that won’t cancel right when you’re just about to park. Thankfully I am able to wait for this type of thing, however I feel bad for those who do desperately need these services and then get treated like this.

I thought I’d have a perfect fit therapist this time, Had a therapy last week, she scheduled me for the whole month of August, comes yesterday, nobody sent me a link or a text so I can go to telehealth and have my appointment, called and got somebody on phone after more than 10 minutes of trying. !!!Highly Disappointed!!! The administration office is unprofessional and inexperienced. The lack of compassion and absence of home training will leave you baffled as to how they can stay in business. I've had so many issues with this office. Their system does not always send you reminder texts or emails. And they are sure to charge you if you miss or are late. This was one of the most traumatic and dangerous healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. Kayla McMillen is not a doctor. She is a nurse practitioner who should not be treating anyone, especially in behavioral health. After I chose to leave her care, she abruptly cut off my psychiatric medication. No warning. No taper. Do not go here if your life Depends on it. They are evil. Kayla McMillan is the absolute worst mental health provider I've ever encountered. I didn't click with her so I asked to switch providers. I was told I could. They scheduled me with a different person. 2 days before the appointment they canceled and said I could not switch. They forced me to go to Kayla again.
