I really like talking to my doctor he is a good listener
My sister-in-law was admitted in the Behavorial unit and I was dealing with Gary, the charge nurse. He is very professional and communicated to what’s going on with my sister in law. He goes out of his way to accommodate the comfort of his patients. He updates me with her progress and also her bad days. She had been admitted before in the Behavorial but this was the pleasant experience dealing with the staff. The nurses are great but my psychiatrist was very rude and Dr Samuel Kugel was very disrespectful and talks to his patients as if they are children. He only spoke to me for 30 seconds and made decisions base on those conversations. The nursing staff never knows when a doctor will be able to come and speak with a patient and whenever I asked they said I had to wait for a doctor who came well after 7pm. Waited hours in the ER and never got a room. Left without seeing a psychiatrist.
