Mental Health is vital to human survival.
Great staff! Great caseworker! Great therapist and Great Psychiatrist! I have been with them for almost 2 years. I appreciate them and the services so much. I try to let them know all the time. Somedays, I'll just go and hang out there to feel safe. If one doesn't give them the chance, how will one be expected to change or grow?
I wrote a grievance on Jose because he was basically accusing me of being unfaithful in my marriage and asking me personal questions about what my husband did for work and how much money he made. He always found a way to make me feel uncomfortable when I spoke to the supervisor about my grievance form she told me she had removed me from all groups even the groups that Jose didn't teach she said that being in groups won't help me then she said if I wanted to be in any groups she can plays me somewhere else. My experience with behavioral have been nothing but those men and women on are amazing I think that my mental health condition in the condition that I'm in I'll be all right if I just stick to it they are very very very very very and they surely helping me they deserve
Terrible place to go to if you genuinely need help. THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES and good luck getting a hold of your case workers!!! This is supposed to be a place you can call for help once you are a patient (high level patient at the least) and they still don’t care. You can leave a voicemail and expect to get 1 call back 3 days later and if you miss it good luck because that was their “attempt” to reach you. If you really need help you have to literally drive there and walk in and force them to work….what a disappointment. T... read more
