There aren't many newer reviews so I'll just leave one. To be honest this place is great. I don't know if a few years ago that was a different story but as of recently I know that the only issues I had was there's just so many people in weekdays, especially early in the morning (which is good for Knoxville.. less addicts on the streets.. but it can increase wait times substantially). Great place to go for addiction issues ! This place has really helped me ! The staff is very friendly and the counselors are very understanding and listen !
I worked here as a counselor for 1 1/2 yrs this place is a scandal all about money. They ruin peoples lives making people relapse to addiction. Full of fraud double dipping with billing. Some of the staff have no addiction experience just book since and the Director is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Find another Tx Center this isn’t the place to go.
