My son was a consumer for about a year and a half. He loved his therapist and his lead, almost a year into his services, his therapist left the company and he got a new therapist but had the same lead. 4 days a week 2 hours a day after school we had session 12 -2 pm. On January 2nd his lead and therapist told me they had to stop sessions immediately because my insurance canceled. Here's the problem..they told me this 40 minutes before his session.
