Here’s my opinion. Much of what BIS does has good intentions, and the clients that they support are incredible, as well as some amazing staff, but many pieces of the company are toxic. I left the company telling my higher up, whom I worked closely with, that my mental health at the hands of the company and some of the people in it, as well as my own personal life events and financial issues, were causing me to be in a place mentally that knew I needed to leave.
