I came from a previous behavior therapy because I wanted a place that was more structured and had more kids for my son to interact with. It was a hard transition at first due to my son’s behavior and the staff trying to get to know him, but it was worth the wait. As a former employee I urge you not to go with this company. My last day was October 29th as I quit to go to a company who truly values the kids they service. I was with this company for a little over 2.5 years and have been appalled by the behavior this company has shown. They fire people for no reason (a reason why your kiddo might get a new BT every so often.) The few supervisors who really cared have been let go except for one. Estaba muy contenta con esta compañia con el terapeuta que tenia mi hijo antes al igual que con su supervisora , ahora estoy pensando en buscar una nueva clinica ,por que tengo 2 meces que me han cambiado 3 veces de supervisoras y ni siquiera me avisan y estoy viendo muchos comportamientos que mi hijo tenia antes que estan volviendo .
