I came from a previous behavior therapy because I wanted a place that was more structured and had more kids for my son to interact with. It was a hard transition at first due to my son’s behavior and the staff trying to get to know him, but it was worth the wait. As a former employee I urge you not to go with this company. My last day was October 29th as I quit to go to a company who truly values the kids they service. I was with this company for a little over 2.5 years and have been appalled by the behavior this company has shown. They fire people for no reason (a reason why your kiddo might get a new BT every so often.) The few supervisors who really cared have been let go except for one.
