DON'T GO THERE!!! I paid over $1300 for tattoo removal, which Dr. Ian PERSONALLY assured me would work in 3-5 treatments. NOTHING HAPPENED after my treatments. They promised to contact their laser supplier, but didn't get back to me and I had to keep following up. Then they said I should pay and start again and it might take 15 treatments costing thousands more. I asked for a refund and THEY DID NOT EVEN REPLY. This place is a scam. I came for one treatment, but was recommended the other one instead. Heaps of money spent and no result at all. Also never got the free hydrofacial that I was promised. "Because have no products for it."🤯 Avoid this place at all cost. Super unprofessional, the treatment machine was breaking mid treatment. I feel so stupid to proceeding with the treatment with them. I should have known better to leave and never come back. I do know now. Do yourself a favour and keep on looking for another place.
I have been coming to BeGone ever since being recommended by a friend over two years ago. I am disappointed to see negative reviews as I could not recommend this clinic more higher. Nurse Caitlin has always provided me excellent, knowledgeable and caring service. She and the staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcomed. I have recieved tattoo removal, hair removal, botox and filler from her. She is the only person I would trust anymore! 10/10 and will continue to go.
I had the most comfortable and caring experience going into this clinic. Heena was informative and discussed every step of all my procedures. I will be returning in 4 weeks to carry on with the plan! Can’t recommend enough. ❤️❤️
