They were prompt in diagnosis and replacement our water heater.
We had Terry out to look at a few things at the house we recently purchased. He gave honest recommendations on what was a priority and what could wait. He even helped us clear a drain during his estimate. He and his helper did quick and clean work. They both showed up clean and cleaned up after themselves. Very polite. Great work and we will recommend the company to more friends.

Had a leaking pressure valve on the side of our house connected to the hose bib. Called yesterday afternoon and Anthony came in a couple of hours to take a look and give me a quote. He needed to pick up the part and returned early this morning to do the repair. The new pressure valve works great and Anthony provided fast, friendly and professional service! We highly recommend Before and After Plumbing and the quality service they provide!
I was not so excited about their service. The only suggestion they had for my problem was to snake the drain for $175.00 and that was after a $25 off coupon. A little over priced in my opinion. Also It was not the solution to my problem. I wish I hadn't agreed on the service or amount. I wish the company the best but they won't get my service, money or a recommendation from me ever again.
