I specificaly asked what they would do for $59.95? The lady said that they would perform a service for the problem i had explained to her. I said I did not want a quotation for a job and expect me to pay the $59.95 fee. She repeated that they would perform a service and not just a quote a fee and expect $59.95. And that's exactly what happened. I explained the problem and the tech said that will cost over $200 dollars to perform the snake job. I declined the service. I do not reccomend this type of businesses.
