I arrived from out of state with my son, my Boost phone got wet and I forgot my password, after begging at the Sprint stores and Radioshacks in the area I was only offered to buy a phone and change ymy number. What a nice change - service was excellent. I lost my expensive AT&T smartphone (Urgh) and Amy helped me port my number to Boost along with the samsung prevail. Highly recommended!
Amazing customer service, took time to show me the different plans and to actually put me in the plan that best suited my needs.
