Sadly some people love free stuff, I was asked to write this review because i witnessed your situation, Darling there is no such thing as free lunch or tell people where. A piece of advise, big or small places, there is always a head, don't try to intimidate employees to get free or better service. I have never lost anything at this store, obviously , I kept on coming and not just to pay my bill.
In all of my cellphone experience, I have NEVER met somone soooo customer satisfaction focused as Jerry the owner!!!Though often unappreciated, Jerry bends over BACKWARDS, and then some to make sure you leave his store satisfied! He will ALWAYS have my business

They are nice and when people bring an at&t phone in there and have it flashed to boost they should get the phone back rather than get a sprint phone that freezes when you load your pics and is so slow as all get out and they can improve the flashing a little bit
Took my phone there to get unlocked service was quick and everything was explained very well and i was given the plan that best suited me. Thank you so much.
this is worst experience i ever had!!!brought my iphone there to unlock it.the price was $35.00 and we went back for two days...finally it was ready and a man who barely speaks english tried to charge me $125.00!!i asked to speak to a manager a owner..no one could help us.the owners wife said it would take a few hours and $35.00...now no one can help me.and he cant find the phone!!!very rude and very unprofessional!!!!!'go somewhere else..i will!!
Very happy with the treatment I received at this store, the people who work there make you feel like family, they really care about you and they try to find solutions to your problems makes you want to come back. Thank you for your help...
for sure I will be coming back, I am really satisfied with the service and how they handle my case..... since I arrive in the area this has been my store.... you may not be the closest place to me but it is the place that I like to go.
