Buyers and sellers beware!! By using this company, you are potentially putting yourself at risk. I witnessed many unethical and (found out after the fact) illegal activities using this real estate brokerage, and warn all my friends and family about them. This is my experience. Learn from my mistake, you get what you pay for!!

Beehive Real Estate is the best deal around. Hector knows all of the tricks of the trade from listing, selling, protecting your best interests and rights in the negotiation stages, and assisting you through the entire process. His low price listing fee to sell your home is no gimmick. He provides the same service that any listing company would charge you 3% to do. I have referred many to him and Beehive Real Estate always comes through.
